Brody didn't get into business advisory from a classroom. He got there by doing it first. Over the past 5 years he has built, grown, and sold multiple businesses across construction, home services, and staffing, learning firsthand what separates companies that scale from ones that stall.

That path eventually led him into private equity dealmaking and sell-side advisory, working with founders to prepare, position, and exit their businesses at maximum value. Today he brings that same investor-grade lens to every engagement at Scale for Sale, helping owners build businesses that are stronger to run and easier to exit, whether or not they ever plan to sell.

Together with Grant, they grew a jointly owned commercial cleaning and restoration business from $330K to $695K in net profit in a single year before accepting a multi-7-figure exit offer. That same playbook is what they bring to every client.

Grant has spent his career proving one thing: that revenue is a system, not a personality. With over $35M in career sales and a track record that includes acquiring and scaling a medical device business to $5M+ in annual revenue across multiple states, he knows how to build sales engines that run without the owner in the room.
